The first Bumble pop-up location will be opened up in New York City and will be known as the Hive. A sneak preview into the Hive shows the place decorated in the brands bright and unique colors. Additionally the space will have multiple rooms that will cater for both the brands main objective, dating and others for social networking.
Speaking about the brands new invention, Whitney Wolfe Bumble’s CEO and founder notes that basically the whole essence of the Hive was to demystify the societal perception. Additionally the brand was also seeking to formalize their community and make them proud to be associated with it. Finally, the Hive was also to help meet the needs of those who were not interested in dating but wanted to be part of the family.
To help meet the social and networking needs of their clients, Whitney Wolfe created a series of events that would include women entrepreneurship, relationships and much more. According to the plan, Whitney Wolfe would host a panel, Forbes will handle Mentorship and Mingle session whereas Drybar will host styling sessions. Ideally, this is meant to accommodate everybody into the system.
The Hive will be opened on weekdays Thursday – Friday 8am-2pm and 4pm-10pm. Weekends on Saturdays from 10am-2pm and 4pm-10pm and on Sunday from 10am-8pm. Located at a convenient location in Soho, 158 Mercer Street Bumble lovers will be able to access their loved merchandise as well as enjoy their favorite drink. Notably the proceeds from the Hive will go towards helping a charitable course.
