It all started with a run. We’ve been dreaming of one day starting our own brewery. We had the recipes, we had the passion, but we didn’t have the name. We wanted to capture everything that we love about Austin. Then a running buddy put together a run throughout Austin that passed by each of the remaining moonlight towers. Moonlight Tower Brewing Company was born.

    Sounds like a great addition to the Texas brewing scene! I love the name. When my dad attended UT after returning from WWII, they called the towers “freshmen moons”. I’ll look forward to trying your beers–I make an ale with coriander & orange zest at my brewpub in Boerne that sounds similar to your blonde, and it’s one of our most popular. Cheers!
